Syllabus

<p>Appeal and Error. Rules of court. Briefs.</p> <p>Where a brief is filed in the supreme court in violation of paragraph 3 of rule 7 of the rules of that court, providing that “briefs shall be on white paper, without the name of any person or advertising matter thereon”, the ease will be remanded to the docket, with leave to counsel to withdraw his brief and file another if he so desires.</p>
