<p>Appeal — Review—Harmless Error — Instructions. In an action for personal injuries sustained by a pedestrian struck by a taxicab, in which an eight mile speed ordinance within certain districts of the city was admitted in evidence without showing that the accident occurred' in any such district, it is not prejudicial error that the court, in prefacing an instruction, referred to the speed limit fixed by the ordinance, where the jury had been previously charged that there was no evidence of violation of the ordinance and that they could not take it into consideration.</p>
