<p>Insurance (127)- — Accident Insurance — Policy—Change of Occupation — Engaged in “Recreation.” There was a change of occupation, within the clause of a school teacher’s accident policy, reducing the recovery in case of death while engaged in an occupation classed as more hazardous, where, during vacation, he was employed as a “temporary forest guard” the duties and dangers of which were the same as of a “forest ranger,” classed in the policy as more hazardous; and it cannot he said that he was within the exception “engaged in recreation,” where he was required to put in full time and received full pay.</p>
