<p>Appellate Practice—Affirmance of Decree.</p> <p>Where a bill in equity for specific performance of a contract for the conveyance of land sets up a proper case for such specific performance, and the proofs sustain the allegations of the bill, a decree awarding such specific performance will be affirmed by the appellate court.</p>
