Syllabus
<p>1.- Master an» Servant. Tools must be reasonably safe.</p> <p>The master must furnish the servant with reasonably safe tools with which to work.</p> <p>2. Master and Servant. Negligence in furnishing tool question for jury.</p> <p>When the facts tend to show that the tool was not reasonably safe, the question of negligence should be submitted to the jury.</p>
