<p>Married Women — Assignment of Mortgage— Concurrence of Husband.</p> <p>A married woman who holds a mortgage of realty and promissory notes secured thereby has no power to assign the same without the consent and concurrence of her husband, and no title passes by such assignment to a party taking with knowledge that the assignor was a married woman.</p>
