<p>Master and Servant. Injuries to third persons.- Actions. Evidence. Agency.</p> <p>In an action for damages resulting from the destruction of property by Are, there being testimony showing that the Are was started by a servant of defendant, evidence that he was at the time engaged in the furtherance of his master’s business should not be rejected and a peremptory instruction given for defendant.</p>
