Syllabus
<p>Negligence — Joint tort feasors — Bailment—Horse—Railroads.</p> <p>Where the owner of a livery stable lets out a horse and buggy, and the horse is killed at a grade crossing by the joint negligence of the bailee and the railroad company, the negligence of the bailee is not to be imputed to the owner of the horse, so as to prevent him from recovering from the railroad company.</p>
