Syllabus
<p>An extension of time, for a consideration, to pay one of two notes secured by a mortgage, does not preclude therig-ht to foreclose for the non-payment of interest, where the mortgage provides that interest should be paid on each note annually, and that the whole debt should become due on default in the payment of any installment of interest.</p>
