We granted a petition for a writ of certiorari to review the decision of the court of appeals in Davis v. S.C. Department of Corrections, Op. No. 2022-UP-081, 2022 WL 551972 (S.C. Ct. App. filed Feb. 23, 2022) and to clarify the statutory review process for workers' compensation claims. We affirm as modified.
