The trial court did not err by granting summary judgment to appellee on a claim of negligent supervision and a claim brought pursuant to R.C. 3109.09(B) where appellant did not file any response to appellee's motion for summary judgment in a case that arose after appellant's minor child stole a vehicle and subsequently wrecked said vehicle causing over $10,000 in damages.
