Res judicata did not bar trial court from ruling on appellant's September 21, 2021 common law motion to vacate default judgment, because the trial court's ruling on appellant's prior motion to vacate default judgment was reversed on appeal. Appellant's September 21, 2021 motion was not a substitute for appeal.
