<p>1. Administrator. — Interest—Accounting.—The administrator in this case held’ to account for interest on the partnership stock of goods taken by him at appraised value. Divided, Court.</p> <p>2. Ibid.- — Accounting.—Administrator in this case held not to account for accounts on firm books against tenants of deceased partner.</p> <p>3. Accounting — Partnership — Administrator — Subrogation— Interest. — -Where a partnership debt is secured by bond and mortgage of partner, and after his death is paid out of his individual property,his estate is subrogated to the rights of such creditor in partnership assets, and should be allowed interest on such payments. Divided Court.</p> <p>4. Ibid. — Administrator—INTEREST.—Manner of calculating interest against administrator in this case stated.</p>
