<p>Engaging another to go to Mexico to join revolutionary forces, under promise of a commission and probable reimbursement for expenses, is a “retaining,” within the meaning of § 10 of the Criminal Code. P. 177.</p> <p>Evidence held sufficient to show probable cause, and sustain an order of removal.</p>
