Syllabus

<p>Evidence — Written instrument — Parol evidence — Contemporaneous parol agreement — Oil and gas lease.</p> <p>An attempt to use an oil and gas lease in direct violation of a contemporaneous parol agreement made at the time of the execution of the lease, is a fraud, and parol evidence is admissible to establish the contemporaneous agreement. In such a case evidence of prior conversations and transactions is admissible as corroborative of the testimony adduced to show the contemporaneous parol agreement.</p>
