Syllabus

The common pleas court did not abuse its discretion by upholding appellant's termination for violations of the Columbus Central Work Rules and anti-harassment policy. The court of appeals does not have jurisdiction to hear violations of the Code of Judicial Conduct. Appellant's motion for leave to file supplemental authority is denied. Judgment affirmed.
