Syllabus

<p>Mortgages — Subsequently acquired property — Judgments—Lien.</p> <p>Where a mortgagor includes in a mortgage property which he does not own at the time, but which he subsequently acquires, the mortgage will bind the after-acquired property as between the parties but not as against subsequent judgment creditors without notice.</p>
