Syllabus

OVERVIEW: In a public records action under R.C. 2743.75, the requester moved for sanctions, alleging that respondent failed to comply with the court's judgment entry ordering respondent to produce public records. The court referred the case to the special master for a supplemental report and recommendation. The special master, after ordering the parties to file briefs and supporting evidence, found that respondent produced responsive records as previously ordered by the court. The special master accordingly recommended that the court deny requester's motion for sanctions.
