<p>Grounds of Special Demurrer.—Grounds of special demurrer which were not presented in the Court below, will not be considered in the Supreme Court.</p> <p>Conflicting Evidence.—Where there is a substantial conflict in the evidence the judgment will not be disturbed on appeal.</p>
