Syllabus

<p>SYLLABUS.</p> <p>1. Where a jury is waived and the cause is tried by the court, the judgment of tbe court based upon conclusions reached upon a substantial conflict of evidence, will not be disturbed.</p> <p>'2. In a civil action wherein sheep are replevied, hills of sale or a certified copy of recorded brand are competent evidence of ownership or right of possession; but any other competent evidence may be introduced to establish the. same facts or the identity of the animals.</p>
