Syllabus

<p>Practice, O. P. — Motion to vacate judgment.</p> <p>A person not a party to the record has no standing in law or equity to question by petition the validity of a judgment in personam.</p> <p>If it is contended that property standing in the name of the defendant in the judgment belongs to the petitioner the remedy for the seizure of it in satisfaction of the judgment is not in this form.</p>
