<p>1 Evidence—Ancient instrument—Certified copy—When an original ancient instrument is lost, a certified copy may be introduced in evidence upon the same proof that would make the original admissible, if it could be produced. (Holmes v. Coryell, 58 Tex., 687.)</p> <p>2 Same—Genuineness of instrument—See opinion for evidence sufficient to entitle a party to introduce in evidence a copy of a deed, and to establish the genuineness of the instrument.</p>
