<p>Negligence — Street railways — Infant.</p> <p>In an action by a boy thirteen years of age against an electric railway company to recover damages for personal injuries, a nonsuit is properly entered where the evidence for the plaintiff shows that an electric car was running rapidly; that the boy ran diagonally across the street, not at a crossing, but at a place where he could have seen the car if he had looked, and that he continued running until he suddenly ran against the car, or came so close to it that it necessarily ran against him.</p>
