<p>APPEAL — BRIEFS—ASSIGNMENT OF ERRORS — TRESPASS — EVIDENCE.</p> <p>Under supreme court rule 8, subd. 1, errors assigned by an appellant will not be investigated when his brief contains no reference to the pages of the transcript for verification.</p> <p>In an action of trespass by a lessee to recover damages for the tearing down of a leased building and the removal of the lessee’s effects therefrom, evidence of the market value of the building and contents is admissible.</p>
