<p>AUTOMOBILES.</p> <p>Richards, Chittenden and Kinkade, JJ.</p> <p>Municipal Corporations Prohibited from Regulating Speed of Automobiles.</p> <p>By virtue of the provisions of Sec. 6307 G.
