<p>Wills — Provision Requiring Remaindeeman to Make Ceetaekt Payments Not a Condition Peecedent. — Will giving wife life estate in testator’s property and providing that upon wife’s death the property should go to testator’s brother, provided brother “shall within six months after the death of my wife pay my nephew, W., the sum of $300 in money,” held to create a vested estate in brother; the payment of the $300 to W. not being a condition precedent.</p>
