<p>Deeds — Covenants—Building restrictions — Construction favoring free use of land — Double house not prohibited — By “one dwelling” clause, when.</p> <p>Where the words of a restriction contained in a deed of conveyance are equally capable of two or more different constructions, that construction will be adopted which least restricts the free use of the land.
