<p>Deeds — Covenants—Building restrictions — Construction favoring free use of land — Double house not prohibited — By “one dwelling” clause, when.</p> <p>Where the words of a restriction contained in a deed of conveyance are equally capable of two or more different constructions, that construction will be adopted which least restricts the free use of the land. (Hunt v. Held, 90 Ohio St., 280, approved and followed.)</p>
