Syllabus

<p>When the parties to a cause liave filed a case stated for the opinion of the court, the judgment entered must be based upon the facts agreed upon by the parties as a basis for the decision; but, if entered on the report of a master subsequently appointed to ascertain the facts, the judgment will be reversed and the case stated quashed.</p>
