<p>Wills — Issue devisavit vel non — Testamentary capacity.</p> <p>An issue devisavit vel non is properly refused where the evidence presented by the contestants alone shows that the only weakness of mind complained of was confined to rambling conversations, instances of forgetfulness, absent-mindedness, amorous remarks about women, profanity, and abuse of car conductors while intoxicated.</p>
