<p>Dogs — Negligence—Railroads—Signals.—There is no presumption of negligence from the fact that a dog is killed by a railroad train on its track, and company is not liable unless negligence is proved. Engineer is not required to give the statutory signals required at crossings for a dog hunting near the track, but should take precautions for its safety if seen on track not in possession of its faculties.</p>
