<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>PRACTICE, District Couet — Erroneous Judgment on Pleadings. Where two separate and well-pleaded causes of action are united in one petition, and a general denial is filed by the defendants and also a good plea of a former adjudication as to one of the causes only, it is error for the court to sustain a motion for judgment upon the pleadings as to both causes of action.</p>
