<p>1. Master and Servant (§ 101*) — Safe Premises — Duty of Master.</p> <p>In maintaining safe .premises, the master is not liable as an insurer, but is bound only to the exercise of ordinary care.</p> <p>[Ed. Master and Servant (§ 97*) — Injuries to Servant — Unforeseen Accident.</p> <p>The master is not liable for injuries to his servant, resulting from an accident of such a character that reasonable men, proceeding with reasonable caution, would not ordinarily have foreseen and anticipated it.</p> <p>[Ed. Negligence (§ 68*) — Failure to Anticipate — Contributory Negligence.</p> <p>A person is not negligent for failing to anticipate that other persons will be negligent.</p> <p>[Ed.
