<p>Municipal Corporations (65, 66) — Employees—Removal—Civil Service Restrictions — Review by Courts. Where a city has by its charter vested its officers with exclusive authority to discharge civil service employees on stating the “reasons therefor,” without specifying what reasons are sufficient, such action of its officers is not reviewable by the courts.</p>
