Syllabus

<p>Intoxicating liquors — Petition to prohibit sale — Hearing may be conducted — By any one of two or more common pleas judges, when —Section 6140, et seq., General Code.</p> <p>Where the court of common pleas of a county has two or more judges, and a petition such as is authorized by Section 6140, et seq., General Code, has been filed with a judge of that court, the hearing provided for by those sections may be conducted by any of the judges who may be selected for that duty, in accordance with the rules of the court.</p>
