<p>Brokep.s (§ 106*) — Costs (§ 40*) — 1Contract—Compensation—Ofeer oe JUDGMENT.</p> <p>On a conflict of testimony, held that the libellant was entitled to recover in the first instance from Kellam with a right of recovery over on his part from the New England Company of a portion of the amount decreed to be due.
