<p>Appellate Court—Abstract Questions.—Pending proceedings to compel recognition of petitioner’s right to a certain office, such change in the laws has been made, as that petitioner, at the time of the hearing of the case, has no longer rights or wrongs which could be affected by any order that could be entered, this court will not decide the questions involved, the same having become purely abstract.</p>
