<p>Patents — Infringement—Machine for Forging Sockets.</p> <p>The Fitch & Shafer reissued patent, No. 6,404 (Original No. 134,045), for a machine for forging metallic sockets, usually employed for joining the ends of water or gas pipes by welding and finishing the same on a mandrel by means of dies, construed, and held not infringed.</p>
