<p>Vendor and Purchaser — Fraud oe Vendor — Rescission by Vendee —Diligence. The vendee is not precluded from rescinding a contract for land for fraud merely because he might have ascertained the falsity of the representations concerning matters of fact, made by crafty and designing vendors, who resorted to cunning artifice to deceive and rob simple-minded people.</p>
