<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Fraud — Proof—Presumption.—Where the facts upon which fraud is predicated consist as well with honesty as with dishonesty, the law presumes in favor of honesty. Facts in this case examined and held not to support the allegation of fraudulent concealment in the attachment affidavit.</p>
