<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Municipal Warrant — Negotiability. A municipal warrant, although negotiable in form, is non negotiable in fact. Therefore, a bona fide holder will not be protected by the law merchant in its purchase from one without authority to sell.</p>
