<p>Promissory Note — Assignment—Payment.—A judgment in an action upon a promissory note which was assigned by an agent of the payee, who held the same for collection, after maturity, and after' the same had been paid, will be reversed on appeal, said judgment being unsupported by the evidence.</p> <p>(Syllabus by Sullivan, J.)</p>
