<p>Sales. Symbolical delivery of properly held sufficient.</p> <p>Under an agreement to transfer the title and possession of personal property for a valuable consideration, a symbolical delivery of the property by delivery of the key to the building in which the property is stored, and also the transfer of the lease of such building and the surrender of the right of possession thereof, is a sufficient delivery of the property to complete the sale and transfer of the title thereof.</p>
