<p>Divorce — Aggression of wife — Order adjudging or refusing husband’s property to wife — Alimony—Appeal—Sections 5700 and 5706, Revised’ Statutes.</p> <p>An order adjudging or refusing to adjudge a share of the husband’s property to the wife when a divorce is granted to the husband by reason of the aggression of the wife, as provided by Section 5700, Revised Statutes, is an order granting or refusing alimony, within the meaning of Section 5706, Revised Statutes, and either party may appeal from such order.</p>
