Appellant asserts that the postconviction court abused its discretion in denying his petition for relief because he received ineffective assistance of counsel when he was misadvised about the immigration consequences of his plea and his plea was otherwise unintelligent. Because the postconviction court did not abuse its discretion in determining that appellant did not meet his burden to establish that he received ineffective assistance of counsel or otherwise abuse its discretion, we affirm.
