<p>Streets — Plan of lots — Deed—Obstruction of street.</p> <p>Where a person takes a deed for a lot, and the deed refers to a plan of lots showing the lot purchased abutting on a street designated by name, and the purchaser subsequently buys other lots at sheriff’s sale, and the sheriff’s deeds refer to the same plan, and the purchaser resells these lots, and in his deeds refers to the same plan, he cannot close up the street adjoining his lot, if the other lot owners object.</p>
