<p>Deed — Alley— Prescription.</p> <p>A grantor reserved in his deed for two lots an alleyway ten feet wide at the request and for the convenience of the grantees. The successive owners of the two lots continued in full actual possession and constant daily use of the alley. The use of the alley by others than the owners of the laud was only permissive, occasional and varying. Held, that the authorities of the city in which the land was situated had no right to prevent the owners of the lots from building over the alley.</p>
