<p>Sales. Conditional sales. Resale by buyer. Remedy.</p> <p>Where a seller reserved title to personal property sold by him to secure the purchase price, he may assert such title to enforce payment against the buyer and those claiming under him, in the absence of evidence that he knew the buyer was a dealer in such articles and bought to resell.</p>
