<p>Supplementary Proceedings — Contempt — Habeas Corpus.— Where, in proceedings supplementary to execution, defendant pleads a previous discharge in insolvency, and refuses to answer questions as to her property, and is committed for contempt, her remedy is by appeal, and not by habeas corpus.</p>
