<p>Jury Fees—Certificate for Payment.—Where a party to a suit is ordered to pay the jury fees, the court has not the power to order the clerk to issue certificates for their payment out of the county treasury, upon the mere neglect, failure, or refusal of the party to comply with the order hy paying as required.</p>
