Syllabus

<p>Bah» Pending an Appeal.—A defendant who has been indicted and cpnvicted of an offense for which the Court may, in its discretion, sentence him for a felony, or for a misdemeanor, is entitled to be admitted to bail, pending an appeal which is not frivolous, and is taken bona fide.</p>
